So yesterday was #NationalGoalWritingDay and it’s almost the start of a new year so it’s around that time where everyone is setting their new year resolutions and figuring out what they want to accomplish in the new year. Instead of writing my goals down in a journal I decided to share them on my blog. I’m not normally big on new year resolutions or the whole “new year, new me” thing because they normally never stick. I’m all about setting realistic and tangible goals that I know I’ll be able to accomplish or can at least work towards accomplishing.
I feel that I’ve accomplished a lot this past year and I’ve talked a lot about how I feel like 2017 was the year of me lying my foundation and planting seeds. For 2018, I believe it will be my “blossom year,” like things will really begin to manifest. In 2018 I want to level up not only in business but just life in general. I never want to remain stagnant and always want to work on bettering myself. Now that I finally have time to sit down and gather my thoughts, I can finally write down some of my goals for the new year.
1. Be more intentional
2. Travel more
3. Be more in tuned spiritually, pray more & find a church home
4. Learn discipline – In eating habits, working out, time management, etc.
5. Expressing more gratitude
6. Spend more time unplugged/ read more
7. Find consistent income that I enjoy
8. Be more active in the community
9. Surround myself with more like-minded people
10. Relax more & focus on self care
11. Market myself & my brand more
12. Network more
13. Continue to grow my brand
14. Create a reliable network of peopleInvest in equipment to better my brand, microphones, cameras etc.
15. Say less, do more & grind harder
Until Next Time,
